Hello I’ve been trying to get support on my account as my email got hacked a while ago and i’m trying to log in and get a message on apex that it’s been blocked and i wanted to know if there’s anything i can do to appeal or get my account with the right email as when i use the qr provided it shows a email i never used

I see, it sounds like the EA account may have been compromised too. The good news is the lock on your account will prevent any further compromise from happening. While the lock is in place, you also won't be able to make any EA account changes, so the first thing to focus on is the block.
