I wanted to reset my password, but it keeps redirecting me to the message below. I opened the game from the console, but nothing changed. I wanted to contact EA support, but there was no live support. I believe I only sent my issue via email. How can I overcome this problem?
And also I did got an email from ea with instructions. but if I want to reset it keeps saying continue on recognized device. Same with my laptop. I don’t know what to do.
