Creator Network Application Closed Unexpectedly – Submission Date Changed

Hi! I'm having an issue with my Creator Network application.
I originally applied around 2–3 months ago, but my application now shows October 30, 2026 as the submission date.
On October 28, I saw a yellow warning saying my application hadn't been reviewed due to high application volume and that I needed to update it.
I opened the form but didn't make any changes or resubmit it. Just two days later, my application was marked as "Closed", and I can't reapply until January 28, 2027.

I'm confused about why my application was closed and why the submission date changed. Could someone from the Creator Network team help me look into this?
