Disabled account

Ive been disabled and I've been trying reach out to an advisor for about an hour. Apparently I missed my chance to talk an advisor as there wasn't anyway of knowing if an advisor is ready to talk too. Ive already submitted my case multiple times but it has been redirecting me back to the EA Help home page. I just want an advisor to help me unlock my disabled account on the PS5 please and thank you
