Re: EA Account Disabled help!

Hey EA_Lanna,

I'm having a similar issue, but in reverse, and instead for my Playstation account.

Ever since I got my Playstation3 and made my first Playstation account, I have never changed Playstation accounts. I have stuck with the same one for the last 16ish years. I dont ever recall making a EA account when playing Battlefield 3 and 4 on the PS3. Fast forward to today, I wanted to try out the new Battlefield 6 Beta, but was met with an error message to reset my EA account password as apparently the credentials have expired. The scanned the QR code thar was provided, and it brings me to the EA website with an "Error 404 This page has moved or doesn't exist." Assuming this means my Playstation account was never linked to a real EA account as it brings me to a broken page that doesn't exist.

I then typed in the URL the website provided and signed up for an EA account. When I went to link my Playstation account to it, I was met with a response saying my Playstation account is already permanently linked to an EA account.

The EA account listed says 91*****@disabled.ea.com

I have no idea what to do now. I have the opposite issue where my original  EA account i made today can't link with my original PS account I made almost 2 decades ago because it's linked to a broken EA account.

    Hi LeonAustin123

I've moved your post into your own thread so we can avoid necroposting an older discussion.

When you see the email domain, '@disabled.ea.com', it means the EA account has been disabled. This can happen for a few reasons:

    • You haven't logged in for a long time
    • The account was compromised and then locked
    • Someone requested an account deletion
    • The account was banned by TOS

While we can't assist with these issues on the EA Forums, our support team may be able to help you reactivate and update the account information on the EA account, depending on which scenario applies to you.

To reach them for help with this:

    1. Open the EA Help website
    2. Select 'Help by Topic'
    3. Click 'What to do if your EA Account was hacked'
    4. Scroll to the bottom of the article and select 'Contact us' under the heading 'Still having issues'
    5. Choose 'Continue as a guest' if you can't log into the account for now
    6. Fill out your information and tell them about your issue to submit the ticket
    7. Next, choose your contact option

They'll take a look into this for you and do their best to help you from there. It'd help to have the following information ready to help them swiftly locate the account and assist you:

    • The email address you used to make your EA Account.
    • Any usernames or console IDs (e.g. Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account.
    • Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store (EA app/Origin), or product codes for your games.
