Disconnecting from Futchamps games

I have been disconnected from two futchamps games for no reason. I have tested my connection on the official website and it says I have good connection so theres no issues on my end. The first game today I was winning 4-2 and I score the 4th goal in the 80th minute and the other player paused to quit. Next thing you know I get disconnected from the game and it gives me a dnf warning and it counts as a loss. Then I try to make a case and file it and it doesn't even open a case file. I play a second game and everything works fine. I play a third game and the moment the game starts it kicks me again saying dnf. My record now has 2 losses that I shouldn't have and its 4-5 instead of possibly being 6-3 and because of that I will miss tons of rewards and a important pack that once u get 5 losses u can't get it. WTF ea
