Thanks....I get no pop up and have tried this in two separate computers. Is there any other way of obtaining help?
It might be worth checking your browser plugins and temporarily turning off any that suppress pop-out windows. You can also try using the EA Help website while you're not signed into your EA account.
I have just tested the chat at EA Help out of curiosity and was able to open one without an issue after about 30 seconds of waiting. In case it helps you at all, I was not signed into my account at the time, don't have any plugins to stop pop-ups running on my browser (I was using Edge), and my country on the site was set to United States (that's what it defaulted to despite me not living there).
