FC26 points missing

Hello! So basically, i did buy yesterday some fifa points, but i never receive them. Can somebody help me?

    Sorry to hear that. If you've confirmed that the payment has been taken, and it was made to EA directly, you can contact EA Help for assistance. The "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide I've linked below should let you open a case.

    If, however, the purchase was made with a different seller, you may need to contact them for help. 

    I've also removed one of your attachments, as some personal details could be seen.
