Ea Account banned without use while BF6 downloaded, money stolen.
We created an account for my son on 9th of October to play BF6. We started the download, and on the morning of oct 10th found the account had been banned over night while it was downloading BF6. The game had never been launched. No game had ever been played on the account.
Support doesn't give a reason why the account was banned. I've read the entire TOS and nothing in the TOS says anything that even hints to why this account could have been banned.
It seems EA just stole the $16 dollars and banned the account for no reason. No refund has been issued. The EA Play Pro account is still active. The payment details are still on the account. I can't cancel the play pro subscription. I can't remove the payment details from the account.
What I can do is play BF6 on the same problem with no issues using my own account that I've had for likely as long as EA has had accounts. I've never been banned, ever, in any game. I created the account for my son on my PC. He is old enough to have an account.
