EA Account got Hacked & Original/Recovery Email Completely Changed

Hi. My account got hacked and now this account have become that hacker account. I was alerted by google that my password was found in a data breach. This is the hacker email: je*****@indusmails.ru .

I wasnt very active to use my ea account because I just registered this account just for playing the game on steam platform and that's it. Because I wasnt very concern or aware about hack or something. But now, I am fully aware after this accident and it is very pain and hurt my heart.

Knowing this, after i summit my post, my account would probably being seized fully by that hacker guy and I won't be able to see my account or log in again. Because, his email is now linked to my account. So I can't do anything despite asking help from EA. And I really don't understand how to chat with ea themself.

My last resort to able to access my account for now is by using google sign in and that's way I was able to write this post. Until then, I will never know what will happen to my google sign in after this.

For those who read this, please send help for me. I don't know what to do. This is my username: Kousuke_Ueki_04. Please do report my account if it can be report of an account being hacked. I dont want my username being used by that hacker guy.

I am feeling sad and also feeling angry with this hacking. Thank you everyone.

    So sorry to hear about your account! While we aren't able to help with compromised accounts here on the forums, the live support team can help you re-secure your account and help however they can with missing content.

    • Start a case with EA Support. I've prepared this custom link for you. It will take you straight to the right place. From there, fill out the rest of the ticket form and send it to support.
    • Helpful to have ready:
      • The original email address you used to create the EA account.
      • Transaction receipts of any game purchases from the EA app (if you have them).
      • Game Codes you've redeemed on the account (if available).
      • Any connected accounts, like a PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, Steam ID, etc.

    This can help speed the process up.
