Hello. Cannot change login email...

My email no longer receives any messages, changing it requires receiving a confirmation message, which it cannot receive.

I want to change email, how now?

Can't find account related forum or advisor so I posted here.

    Hey there, 

    If you're not getting verification codes please check the instructions below:

    Not getting codes to your email address?

    Try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure:

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
      • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    Keep your EA Account email address up to date so you can always get your codes.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.

    How omnipotent helpful thou art.

    I'm saying my login email is not functional anymore.  When I try to change it it requires confirm message, which it cannot receive. So stuck here...

    If you require assistance to make account changes, please contact EA Help: 

    How to chat with EA Help

    1. Log in to your EA Account.
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

    After you contact us, we’ll create a case for you. You can view it and keep track of updates in My Cases. You’ll be notified of changes to your case via email.
