2 months agoHi there. You'll need to contact an advisor to get some help with this. Just use the account you're posting with and reference the account that you need help with. As long as you can verify you own it, they should be able to get the email updated. Cases can be opened here.

I also just tried this method above, when I go to open a new case it sends a code for verification to my old email that has been deleted for years.
Is there a way to get in touch with an advisor without having to use 2FA to start a new case?

Try creating a case without being logged in. That should still let you connect to an advisor.
