    Logging the case on edge has worked and the issue has now been resolved with live support, I have tried with edge before but got nowhere.
    I guess for whatever reason live chat does not work correctly with firefox, over the past month I have tried with disabling and even uninstalling any extensions to no avail.

Case was resolved yet again with no communication whatsoever. Time to raise another again I guess, this will make it the 8th case raised about that same issue.
