EA app login issue
Hello everyone, I'm having trouble logging into the EA app. It offers to send a code to my phone or email, but I’m not receiving it. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

It might need to be reset. Could you use one of the backup codes to log in and disable the two-factor authentication so you can set it up again and receive them?
Backup codes are displayed on the screen, when you first set them up, with directions to write them down should you need them in the future.
If you didn't write them down at the time, and if you can't retrieve a verification code to view them, you'll need our support team's help to recover access to the account. Click this link to get in touch with the support team, and they'll do their best to get you back into your EA account.
