EA APP NOT LETTING ME DOWNLOAD SIMS 4

I have gone through the whole process of app recovery, trying other accounts, reseting the computer and much much more. I have a macbook pro m2 which is definitely capable and ive also tried on another computer ( macbook air m4) with a completely diffrent account ( both New Zealand accounts though)

Please help EA I really want to play sims 4 and im fed up!
