EA account uses an internal @ea.com email address for verification

Hello everyone,

I’m hoping someone has seen a similar situation before.

My EA account requires verification through an @ea.com email address. Every verification code is sent to this address, but I have never had access to it.

Because of this, I cannot access my account settings or complete any account verification.

I have contacted EA Support multiple times. Every advisor has told me that they cannot make any account changes because the account is associated with an internal @ea.com email address.

I am not asking how to bypass the verification. I simply want to know:

• Has anyone else experienced an EA account using an internal @ea.com email address for verification?
• Is there any official recovery process for this type of account?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
