EA blocks the European publishing rights to Ridge Racer 6 & Dead to Rights?

So I finally found out why Ridge Racer 6 and Dead to Rights are only available in the USA xbox digital store and not in any of the European countries xbox digital stores. They are made by Bandai Namco and normally published by them but EA became the publisher for Europe (or co-publisher), according to an old eurogamer news article.

So please EA, re-publish these games on the European xbox digital storefronts. I am writing here as there doesn't seem to be any way to contact anyone about this in any other way. Just posted it on X under one of EA's posts but from experience those that run X accounts for companies never see posts like this. Pick up that phone, call Bandai Namco, look over that old contract, and either publish, co-publish or let them re-publish it in Europe. Consoles are going all digital so those few used discs in the wild won't help anyone. Also more people will be able to enjoy.

Are there more of these games? Did EA have anything to do with Silent Hill: Homecoming on xbox store as it is also not available in Europe on xbox store, but is in the USA.
