Have you tried using an incognito or private window to access the live chat? If you have ad blockers or any browser extensions, it'd be best to disable them and ensure cookies and pop-ups are enabled. Unfortunately, we can't directly connect you with an advisor or support that account/purchase issue here on the forums, but do let us know if you're able to connect. 

If you're not seeing the option to chat with support, that might mean that you're facing a brief cooldown after submitting several chat requests in a row, so you'll need to wait a while for the option to reappear. Thanks!
