EA Creator Network Application doesn't work as excepted

Hi there, I'm trying to resubmit my application to EA Creator Network but the button "Review & Resubmit" can't be clicked nor "Return to Creator Network". It's like two images button and no action ...

i have the exact same issue!!
my application status is closed. my last submit was on Apr 29, 2025
when i click on "request to join", "sign in", or "check the status of your request", it always redirects me to this page:

https://creatornetwork.ea.com/interested-creators/application-rejected

the button "review and resubmit" is not working (neither does the other button)
i contacted ea help they told me to post on the forums
