EA Creator Network Application doesn't work as excepted

Hello,
My EA Creator Network application is stuck in "Closed" status and the buttons do nothing.

Application date: July 16, 2025

When clicking "Review and resubmit" nothing happens and the browser console shows:
404 error from /backend-api/conversation/init

Could you reset or reopen my Creator Network application so I can apply again?

Just looked, and I applied back in 2022, so I've been off pending and stuck with the attached message since like 2024.

Hi EA_Darko​ , I think the people who want to reapply (me included) have all been declined. But as deeonlinesm​ said we have gone through the waiting time before trying to reapply (90 days). In my case more than 1 year after my submission so I do not think it's the problem. The buttons really do not work, even the "return to Creator Network" which should at least bring us to the Home Page I imagine...

I looked at the FAQ concerning your point as well about the delay and it says (you know it better than me I think :D):

I requested to join but was not successful or my submission wasn’t reviewed. Can I reapply?

If you received an email inviting you to reapply, you can do so 90 days from when you receive that email. If you don’t receive an email from us after 90 days, please log back into the EA Creator Network site to check your status and eligibility to resubmit a request again.

 Hola! tengo el mismo problema. Lo he reportado y he probado en otro navegador y otros dispositivos y nada... La última vez que apliqué fue en Julio de 2025.

Por favor podéis dar solución o una zona de contacto??
