Urgent Help Needed
Hi everyone,
I am posting from this alternate account to recover my main EA account. Standard support relies entirely on email verification, which is impossible in my unique case, and I need a Community Manager to help me open a manual review ticket.
Here is the situation: I accidentally deleted the primary email address associated with my main EA account. It is a Microsoft account, and the deletion is irreversible. The address is completely dead and cannot receive password reset codes or any other emails.
However, because it is a Microsoft account, that old email address still functions as a login "username" for my inbox. While no new emails can come in, I still have full access to the inbox itself, meaning I possess all of my historical EA emails, receipts, and transaction numbers.
Furthermore, the EA account I am recovering is currently linked to my active Steam account and my active phone number—both of which I have full access to right now.
I am completely prepared to verify my identity and ownership of the account. I just need a human representative who can process the evidence I have, rather than an automated system sending codes to a dead address.
I can provide:
- Verification through my linked, active phone number.
- Verification through my linked, active Steam account.
- Historical EA emails and transaction numbers from the original inbox.
- Payment methods used on the account (PayPal, debit card).
- Old purchase receipts.
Could a Community Manager please assist me in opening a direct support case where I can submit this proof and get my email address updated? Thank you.
