I tried contact EA Creator Network team via email and they response that it's a tech issue. The person who replied my email said they will flag this issue with backend team to fix it. So, I guess it's a waiting game now. (tbh i'm dying to process to the next step after my application is approved. So, I'm quite sad to have to wait again after waiting for such a long time..)

did they respond to you ?? i swear i reapplied the second time and it didnt even work, its still the same thing

yes, and they said it's a tech issue from backend and will fix it soon.
