EA FC 26 keeps crashing

I bought FC 26 a few weeks ago, and every time I try to play the game it keeps crashing. I've tried repairing the game through the app on my pc, but the issue has persisted. I've even sent two emails to EA explaining my dissatisfaction with not being able to play a single half of football. No one from customer service has sent anything back to me. No email, no phone call. Nothing.

FIX THE **bleep** GAME OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
