EA Help Bugged - Won't Resume Case

The EA Help Case system is beyond usable. If you open a case there's no ability to actively chat with any support. Then, clicking the Resume Case link directs you back to their generic page:

https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=dead-space&platform=pc&topic=login-ea-account-xbox&caseid=500TV00000VrbShYAJ&ak=fa74c06e&isResumeCase=true

which DOES NOT link back to your case AT ALL and also DOES NOT give access to a support staffer. 

This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no live support service because the site actively does not update your case to chat, pauses the case, and then sends you into a loop trying to resume it.

    If you are not able to resume your case, then the best thing you can do is to start a new one. The system is still being worked on to improve the player experience.
