EA Help is Leading me In Circles

A couple of days ago I posted a Discussion about how my Xbox account wasn't linked to my EA account and when I tried Linking my account I got a pop saying that it was linked to a completely different EA account that I've never seen. I was then helped and told to follow this link and reach out to EA support so I did. After doing so I explained my situation to them and provided all my account information that they asked off me to them and every time I do so they tell me that the account information that I provided is incorrect and that if I need more help to reach back out so I did just that. Not to long ago I did just that and was told the same questions and by the end of it I was told that I failed and that I would have to try again so I asked the person that was helping me with my situation what EA account they were trying to Verify and they told me the account that my Xbox account is linked to. But what I don't understand is I'm trying to get my Xbox account back from that EA account that has My Xbox account linked to it and how would I know any of there information to there EA account. I'm really confused and it feels like I'm getting nowhere with EA Help even when I'm trying to explain the situation to them it feels like they don't understand me and still proceed to have me provide information for the EA account that stole my Xbox account. If somebody can help me with this I would be very Thankful I don't know what to do at this point and I feel like coming to the forums Will help me with my situation.
