EA Help is USELESS.. I got no help.

This EA account is shared between me and my dad and the email address linked to the account is gone. So I'm still logged in but any details I want to amend requires a code verification to an email address I don't possess. 

Anyway, I go to EA help for help obviously. I talk to this "helper" and give him ALL the necessary details he needed but the guy goes "Not enough evidence required" and proceeds to tell me I can try again anytime. like BROTHER... I have my account details pulled up and I'm reading it off the page and telling the guy everything. Some things like date of birth, I have to put two different dates (mine and my dad's) since it's blurred out and we forgot which one we put on since the account was made in 2010. 

I don't know what to do. All these articles are useless because I need a worker to amend the email address.
