EA Help keeps blocking me from creating a case

My old twitch account got hacked so i had to link a new one to my EA account (which is why i need a agent to help me deal with this), but for some reason whatever the topic i choose im keep getting "The issue isn't supported by advisors". i tried everything including doing this in incognito mode or even using a vpn but nothing worked.

    Hey there, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems reaching out to EA Help. Can you please try selecting "Compromised EA account" as the topic, if this doesn't give you the chat option, please try creating a support ticket while logged out. Let me know how that goes.

    Yeah your not gonna be able to contact anyone, by far the worst game company out there especially support wise.  I have the same issue, started out trying to chat for the last week waiting in que for hours, now they blocked chat support or something lol.  Great company

    Can you please confirm which browser you're using when this is happening? Did you also get the same error when trying to contact while logged out?

    nope it didn't work. still getting "The issue isn't supported by advisors" or im getting directed to EA Help main page without the case being made.
