EA ID False Positive Filtering
Greetings guys,
I'm hoping of some admin or anyone that can actually do something, to see this message, since I felt like talking to a wall in a support chat.
I've just created my EA account and wanted to use the same name I have on my Playstation, that being Faebourne .
When creating the account, the system notified me that the name contains something not permitted and I set a similar name, hoping that I can then just appeal the false positive and get my actual name.
Well, that thought went away rather fast, as the support agents showed zero understanding on the situation and were totally clueless on how to help me.
Now, when accessing the management page, the system gives me "Invalid ID" when trying to change it. Again, because I believe it was filtered by mistake by the system. I say this, because I've tried different names and they did work perfectly.
I've sent a private message to someone that had the community manager tag, but since my recent support experience left me with no faith for this whole aspect of your company, I am trying to put as much visibility on the case as I can.
If a community admin sees this, try to imagine me as Tom Hanks, making an S.O.S sign, like in Cast Away, cause I am absolutely f* lost here.
