EA isn't letting me reply to their emails that I have to reply to??

So I have a problem that I need fixed regarding the Sims4, but every time I try to communicate with EA help since getting my advisor and the verification code to prove that I own the account so that they can proceed, I am notified by EA that the email I am trying to send to (A direct response to the email from my EA advisor) is not being sent due to the email no longer being notified.. This was within minutes of the response so I really don't get how I can get help from EA if I am not even able to send them the code they asked for to get my issue resolved... any help would be appreciated since I don't want to send another ticket or something like that.

    Hey Gorgoth0​, since my last reply, the EA Help website has been updated with a new layout, so those instructions are no longer valid. I will go ahead and close this thread to avoid any confusion. 

    For your case, if you cannot respond to your current ticket, please try creating a new one. If you run into any issues, feel free to start a new discussion.

    Just here to say I have the same issue (unable to respond to support case email asking for further info).

    I can't reply to the email, and despite the case # being in the subject, when I look at the case in the support portal, none of that correspondence shows. This is a Kafkaesque nightmare.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems contacting EA Help Support. As your emails are not being sent when replying, I suggest that you contact them via Chat, as that would be the fastest way to get in touch with them. I will leave instructions below on how to start a chat, and please let us know if you have any further questions. 

    How to chat with EA Help

    1. Log in to your EA Account.
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

    After you contact us, we’ll create a case for you. You can view it and keep track of updates in My Cases. You’ll be notified of changes to your case via email.
