To clarify, the EA account ban was a situation where the account was locked purely to prevent someone else from having access to the account. This may take place in some situations where there's unusual access to the account, just to make sure you're the one in control. Typically these can be cleared up with a password reset and support can help with any outstanding bans on the account from that point.
The Apex Legends ban would be separate from this entirely, so we'd need to have the Terms of Service team review whatever led to this action being taken. The account penalty section on the site will primarily show account-wide restrictions and not necessarily all in-game penalties, sorry for any confusion.
You should be able to resume your latest appeal here to have them take another look at the Apex ban specifically now that the EA account has been restored, or you can create a new appeal to have a new ToS member take another look.
