EA Permanently Banned My Account for Using Official Compensation Code!

    My banned account is @pastorsteve76 and I have made my appeal with full documentation. What feels overkill is that:

    1. I can’t even login to that ea account to see the status of my appeal.
    2. I can’t login to my ea account to disconnect it from my switch - making a $100 game unplayable. 

      To be wrongly banned and then bricking my device has made me rethink purchasing any further games from EA. This is not a solution.

      There is nothing that we on the forums can do to assist PastorSteve44​.

      You will need to follow the steps in the article I shared.

        And herein lies the problem. How long before I can expect a response? Will I be refunded for purchasing early access with being allowed to actually play the game?
