Ea Play membership rewards with Epic

Hello, I recently purchased an EA Play membership through Epic Games. The subscription appears active on my Epic Games account, and I can download and play EA Play games through Epic without any issues. However, my EA Play membership is not showing as active in the EA App, and I’m unable to claim my EA Play rewards for Battlefield 6 (such as member bonuses or in-game rewards). My Epic Games and EA accounts are properly linked, but the membership status doesn’t seem to be syncing correctly between Epic and EA App. Could you please check and help sync or activate my EA Play membership on my EA account?

    Having the exact samer issues, no access to the EA Play Deployment Pack which it says should come with the EA Play subscription and BF6. How does it work exactly if that is not the case and how can this be fixed if it is an error?

    As they said, "That deployment pack is for EA Play Pro members," so we have to buy EA Play Pro — and that’s ridiculous.

    The website here says that it is available for EA Play subscribers and not only EA Play Pro members, there is also no disclaimer stating that this is only avaialbale via the EA App as is the situation with EA Play Pro. Someone needs to address this and inform the community what the situation really is.
