EA Play Pro and Xbox App Subscription issues
Hi all
I have been using the XBOX app subscription that includes EA Play for a long time now. When Battlefield 6 was released, I was unable to play it through the Xbox app. It instructed me to play it through the EA App itself. I registered for the EA Play Pro subscription and have been enjoying BF6.
Last week I decided to cancel my subscription. When I logged onto my EA Play account, there was no subscription under my account. I checked my Xbox profile, and I couldn't find an EA Pro subscription either. I checked all my emails, and I never received an email confirming my purchase with an invoice number. Mind you, money is being deducted from my bank account, but there is no record of it anywhere on my EA account or my Xbox account.
Got in touch with 2 agents from EA support, and they also could not find any subscriptions under my profiles. I provided them with 2 email addresses with no success.. They requested the invoice number, which I also could not find, as I did not receive any emails from them confirming the purchase.
I use the Xbox app to launch my EA app and play EA games, including BF6. When I log in straight through the app with my Google account, it does not even show the games I play on my EA app when logged in through the Xbox app.
I really need some help, please. Has anyone had experience with this issue before?
I am lost.
