EA playtesting - Platforms

    Hey RIPMate​,

    Typically for any playtesting we do across our various titles, once you receive a key we are unable to swap or exchange it for another platform, sorry.

    I'm not aware of the specifics for this particular playtest, but the way I'd look at playtesting in general is more that if you received an Xbox code, it's because they're looking for additional testers on Xbox and your preferences indicated that was an available platform for you. The playtesting invites would be based on the current need, rather than a more open round of testing where you'd be able to choose your own platform.

    If you've indicated in your playtesting profile that you have or are interested in testing on a specific platform, that platform may be selected. If you don't currently have access to an Xbox, I'd definitely suggest updating your profile with only platforms you can currently access so any potential invites would keep that in mind.
