I bought EA Pro yesterday to get into the BF6 beta early and played for a while, got to level 10 then got off for the night.
fast forward to today and now it is saying that the order status of my EA Pro has failed and i dont have access to EA Pro anymore. Help.
I had this same issue with Sims 4 DLC I bought last night. Bought it, downloaded, started a new game - turned it off at 10 for bed and then went to load the game when I was on break and it was gone. The charge has already gone through my bank account, everything is correct, and the EA help is about as helpful as the IT at work is - not very helpful at all.🙃
