EA Proof of Purchase (PS5)

Question

Team,&nbsp;As on 25 July 2026, the Playstation Store (on console) does not generate a Transaction details page instead it just generates a QR which when scanned leads to PS Store web or app (if installed).&nbsp;Due to above changes, generated a console transaction detail screenshot necessary as per EA proof of purchase policy is impossible. I request the associated team to please update the article so relevant and up to date (proof that can be generated by user) information is asked by support to concerned users and for them to validate the purchase.&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/articles/orders-and-rewards/proof-of-purchase/Best,&nbsp;C3YKA

C3YKA​ I'll pass it along to those who handle this one, but honestly, these articles and what they approve are not even in our wheelhouse. I can let the team know, as I am sure they do, how frustrating it is. It may be a blocker for players, but CMs have no authority to make changes or approve anything related to purchases.
