ea snatched my money

soo, i bought 120,000 coins pack and it didn’t give me in game i tried to contact ea help they replied with an email saying i have to verify my account identity saying “you will get an email and there will be a verification code” the email was never sent to me and i replied with “hey i don’t have the email sent to me can you resend it?” they never replied and they never refunded me or helped me thanks a lot ea help…. -_-

    Give these steps a try. They just gave me the live chat option.

    • Search for "Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2" and select it when it appears.
    • Choose either the "I'm looking for something I bought" or "I want a refund" options (both gave me the chat option).
    • Select the "Chat with us" option beneath the recommended articles. 


    If the chat option does not appear, try using the site while not logged into an EA account or with incognito mode enabled on your browser (I wasn't logged in when I was checking just now).

    Potentially, the email may have gone to a different account. Are you able to get into your EA account and make sure that your email address hasn't been changed there? 

    Moreover, which game is it that you're experiencing this issue with? There might be a live chat option available that you'll be able to use.

    the code was sent to me i sent it to the ea support and they won’t respond i just need a refund because i don’t have the coins in game  i bought 120,000 coins pack for garden warfare 2 and don’t have it i’m asking for a refund

    i talked to an agent and they refunded it but i have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back which is totally fine with me…. ^_^
