EA Support case bug

Im currently unable to see the case history on a case, when opening it, the loading screen is infinite and never loads the case history

I do have one more question though, is it unusual for a missing content case to still be ongoing without a fix after 7.5 months?

We would not be able to comment on individual cases PhineasJNX​.

If it has been ongoing for months, then I imagine that there are issues somewhere that our live support team can discuss with you.
