EA support case is auto-closing without solving my problems.

Question

EA_DarkoEA_DarkoWhy is my case auto-closing itself, its status showing resolved. Even though I still cannot link this account to my steam account. The unknown EA account mail is (Edit: Removed E-Mail Address as per forum rules) [edit: email address removed] , which is still linked to my steam account. Whenever I try to resume my case it still remains closed. My case number is Case #202884127. If possible can u guys give me a email address where I can mail my problems directly? Or maybe u guys can convey this thing to them.&nbsp;

I give can further details about my steam account if its required for de-linking, this unknown EA account.&nbsp;
