EA Support Keeps Closing My Case Without Responding

A lot of people are having similar issues including myself and EA have offered solutions(What they consider a solution) but it doesn’t actually work since my issue is I don’t have access to my old email an they just say “Change your password via email” even though I don’t have access to that email

    I justw anna talk to a human ebing for once if they tell me the same, I may just accept that but I just want to talk them for once atleast
