I want to provide an update regarding the chat screenshot I shared earlier. I have been connected to an agent three times now, but I never receive any email notifications when they message me. Instead, my case gets closed without any response. After waiting 8 to 12 hours each time, I would recive the email stating Oh looks like you are nto there" and then my case is closed. This has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I have ever had.
Can anyone provide any other way of contacting
