Yep same for me mine is a a battlefield labs related issue. These guys keep lying to me saying they will fix it but they close the case. Ive bow been trying to have my issue fixed for 2 months. Im convincd EA sacked all the real customer service and replaced them with AI. I even talked to the same agent twice within 10 minutes and he had no idea about any of my case or that he had ever talked to me. Multi billion $ organisation and they cant hire people to work for them. They are about to potentially drop their biggest game ever with BF6. What are EA gonna do when millions are trying this joke of a process.
