EA titles crashing my Xbox Series X

So i went into a Chat with support, and they've suggested i post on here to get potential updates on my issue.

When I load an EA title, either straight away or after a while it shuts down my xbox, and I have to wait for ages to turn it on with the xbox or unplug my console from the wall and restart it that way. I know its only EA titles, I've played full survival games on division, I've played numerous games on Phasmophobia, and I've been playing Fallout: 76, a massive game which taked a lot of processing power to run so I know it's not my xbox. I don't know if someone from the team investigating it sees this but help is appreciated. Thank you
