Live chat
My PlayStation account, linked to my EA account, appears to have been deactivated. I'm trying to send a ticket to EA about this, but nothing happens. I can't find the live chat either. It used to be easy to access and resolve issues like this, so why is it happening now? How can I contact live chat?
It looks like EA moved things around a bit. Live chat is still there, but it’s not always visible unless you go through the right path.
