Ea you are horrible
The thing about ea help is absolutely ridiculous.I bought a steam key about medal of honor and it needed ea app aswell,tried to login to the acc which is linked to the same steam acc but i dont remember nun of my email or password, i contacted ea support got resolved 3 times.When i contacted ea support was 10/13/25 now 10/17/25 still resolved not a single email, checked anything before someone smart mentions i checked trash spam and everything.There was a time that i got connected to an advisor i waited 10 or 9 hours with my screen opened, then i could not ask or write anything as i waited there for hours no reply.Ea is an absolute joke.
Tip: Do not buy any steam game or else that needs to be connected,actually do not buy a single ea game.Sometimes when u dont remember anything the app just logs you out need to be logged in again and boom you are trapped i just waisted 10 euros ( Medal of honor key) and got nothing besides waiting for nothing.
