EAFC 26 ordered on pre-order via app

Pre-ordered EAFC 26 on the 25th august have the records in my bank account but didn't receive any email receipt for the game until the 31st when I pre loaded the game (which with out me noticing) was the free trial from EA play which I have included with pc game pass. My first time buying anything from the EA app.  My bank account was debited the £59.99 but I have not received the game. I know I only have the free trial on my account because when I tried to use the fc26 companion app it said I couldn't as i didn't own the game?
