Email Linked to EA account was Deactivated

Question

I have chatted with the EA chat support for the past 4 days, countless hours have been spent. Here is a sum of my issues.
new Xbox console, the old console doesn’t work, I have never logged into EA on this console

The email on my EA account was deactivated (old email) so I can’t get any 2FA. No phone number was on my EA account either.

EA support has told me that since the old console is showing as active, they can’t do anything. I have explained so many times that even though it is on, it won’t load anything. They do not care. It has truly been a waste of so many hours. I bought the new CFB but can’t even play it.

Hello, I have live chatted with them on about 10 occasions, all lastly about an hour. They have done nothing to aid me. They just keep telling me to start a new chat and try again. It’s ridiculous.&nbsp;
