This problem has now been sorted on EA's end.
Trying to load the resume page on a ticket gives this, last two line is when I try pressing on the chat button.
Community ManagerCould you please try a different browser and also try in incognito mode? Also, if you're not able to start a chat while logged in your EA account on the EA Help website, you can try to contact chat while logged out.
Have tried with private window, Firefox's version of incognito.
I also downloaded Brave now, no chat option there when not signed in.
Same for signed in, no chat appears.
Could someone from EA contact me on the account email instead?
Community ManagerThanks for trying those troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, EA Help requires users to initiate contact through their support portal, and they don’t usually reach out via email unless it’s part of an ongoing case. That said, there are a couple more things you can try:

And I can't initiate contact since the form just crashes :( So I'm unable to get in touch with them.
