Error when submitting a support request, invalid email

Hello.

My support ticket got the status of "Waiting on player", I did not get a confirmation email as it was sent to "Null" and the ticket does not show up in my tickets. When I tried "resume" the ticket and attach the image and errors, it's stuck on loading, but the network tab says error 400 invalid email.

400 error when trying to resume the ticket:

    Trying to load the resume page on a ticket gives this, last two line is when I try pressing on the chat button.

    And now when I try to view my account details it changes to German instead, so there is something wrong with my account.

    Hm. Sometimes I get the chat box and sometimes not, when I get it, clicking on it does nothing, lots of console errors. Getting 500 errors when I try to view my account and it switches language to Russian, my account has either English or Norwegian language.

    Tried private tab/window and turning off all privacy plugins, then the chatbox button does not show up at all constantly.

    Thanks for the reply, even thought you replied 6 days ago it did not show up here until now, no notifications either.  And regarding that, when I click on contact I only get the form, I do not get a chat option, where do I find that?

    Right now I need this email problem figured out as well as the original issue which was related to if I buy BF6 on a different platform, like Steam, but link the EA account, would I still get veteran knife/dogtags/banners and/or Early access stuff like that that's been available in Hardline or BF4 as an example. If they are present in the game, or will that only work if I buy the game on EA?
