Error when submitting a support request, invalid email

Hello.

My support ticket got the status of "Waiting on player", I did not get a confirmation email as it was sent to "Null" and the ticket does not show up in my tickets. When I tried "resume" the ticket and attach the image and errors, it's stuck on loading, but the network tab says error 400 invalid email.

    Was able to submit a new case with the chat option, but it just freezes in Firefox. In Edge the problem still persists, no chat.

    What am I supposed to do?
    Years ago I could have called and waited for an hour or so to get someone but at least gotten help.

    I was finally able to contact chat. But this is some weird behaviour from the EA support person.

    EA_cuervo​ Can you please have someone take a look? The support agent wanted me to create a new email, then he wanted me to sign up to public email providers. Then he wanted me to contact my email provider and have them debug why your site crashes.
    Then they were to transfer me to someone that could help. Came back with more generic troubleshooting instead of listening to anything I had provided.
    When I again asked to have it transferred to someone that could debug they said nothing could be done after going through the steps. I wanted to have it transferred to a different support again and they just closed the chat.

    Was my reply here with a copy of the very unhelpful support agent's responses just deleted?

    It was.
    So not only unhelpful, but I can't share how bad the support was and that I still need help from EA with my account after the support agent refused to transfer it to someone that could help?
